The ZOYON-SMART lightweight road inspection vehicle is equipped with tunnel lining measurement sensors, tunnel entrance measurement sensors, maintenance track measurement sensors, precision 3D road/track measurement sensors, high-precision positioning sensors, as well as supporting data acquisition and processing systems. It can achieve the acquisition of images, 3D contours, and tunnel entrance images of two, three, and four lane tunnels, and output lining defects, lining layout maps, boundary intrusion sections, and technical condition evaluation indicators. At the same time, data tracking and management can be carried out based on multiple detection results to analyze the development trend of lining diseases. The system adopts integrated technology, which has the characteristics of lightweight, easy to carry, strong adaptability, easy expansion, high precision, high frequency, and three-dimensional. Modular installation does not rely on loading platforms and can be transferred to diverse carriers such as pickup trucks, flatbed trucks, trailers, etc. It is easy to install and can be tested on the spot.
